I discovered this tasty treat while walking through "Little India". It's a thin pastry puff shell filled with chick peas, potatoes, yougurt, spicy green chili pepper sauce, tamarind sauce, coriander, topped w/ crushed dried chickpeas.

Talk about mixing flavours. It was amazing!!!
